Five tips for visiting the village with children
Families with children will find plenty of enjoyable things to do in the village.
- In summer, the village’s shallow beach is a favourite among children. In winter, children enjoy the ski slopes. There is also a magic carpet lift for the youngest visitors.
- Teijo National Park has a children’s trail, the Ant Trail, where they can spend time outdoors and learn about nature.
- The playground in the centre of the village is especially suited for younger children.
- Adventure Minigolf in Mathildedal Central Park offers plenty of challenge even for older children.
- Follow event listings on the Visit Mathildedal website. Many village events include activities for children, such as hobby horse competitions, activity trails and games.
